BMPA PRINTAWARDS 2002 - a smart ensemble of print technology.
Honouring excellence in printing from Letterpress, Silk-screen, Offset Lithographyy and Digital printing processes.

The Bombay Master Printers' Association - BMPA, has instituted the BMPA PRINTAWARDS since Sep 2000 to honour the excellence and craftsmanship from amidst its diverse member-base.

Member companies can submit their print jobs under five unique groups viz. Digital printing (DP), Letterpress printing (LP), Offset Printing (OP), Silk-screen printing (SP), Finishing (FP) and Special Category (SC).

The PRINTAWARDS committee has instituted an interesting award category - Special Category (SC31) for 2002 to recognise the excellence achieved in reproduction of single / two colour jobs through the offset process.

BMPA PRINTAWARDS 2002 - the best of four worlds, on one occasion.
The BMPA now invites its members to send in their entries for PRINTWARDS 2002. The entire procedure has been lucidly documented below for a quick, easy, reference and action. The conferral ceremony will be a grand-show and is scheduled to be held on Feb 7, 2003 along side PRINTVISION 2003 at the NSE Complex, Goregaon (E), Mumbai. A separate PRINTAWARDS Gallery will be set-up within the exhibition premises to display the winning entries of BMPA PRINTAWARDS 2002. Major exhibitors too could display new technology for the print sector in this Hall.

In addition to the PRINTAWARDS Gallery the organisers will also publish the winning entries through a beautifully designed catalogue to be released at PRINTVISION 2003. That's not all, the BMPA's official web site will also systematically feature the winning entries as it has done for PRINTAWARDS 2000.
